11th International Fluid Power Conference (IFK2018, March, 19-21, Aachen, Germany)

Imamoter and Walvoil talk of Experimental Evaluation of the new Meter Out Sensing Architecture

On the 20th of March, Imamoter and Walvoil have taken part in the 11th International Fluid Power Conference - IFK held in Aachen, Germany, where more than 600 researchers usually gather every two years.

Pietro Marani – Imamoter, co-author together with Massimo Milani - Unimore, Davide Mesturini and Ulderico Busani - Walvoil, has presented one of the three papers involving Italy among 116.

The paper wanted to share the experimental results on the first prototype of the Metering Out Sensing system that represents a promising new architectural concept for improving the performance of Mobile Applications. The system enhances the energy management with respect of traditional hydraulic systems, it doesn't require additional sensors and complex electronic controls that are necessary for the operation of Independent Metering systems.

Two previous works describing the Operating Principles and Simulation Results have been presented at ASME-BATH FPMC 2017 and at JFPS 2017 Conferences.
